By 1903 the incline shaft was completed to a depth of 383ft.  In  March 1904  the property was sold to Saginaw Development Company for $150,000 This company did 40ft. of drifting for diamond drilling in 1905 and the 350ft. level of the nearby Saginaw shaft was being driven to connect to the World’s Fair Incline.
