Copper Boy Mine
Bisbee Consolidated Mine
Bisbee Con Mine
Big Fortune Shaft
Started in December of 1901 by the Bisbee Consolidated Mining Company, these mines were located northwest of the Copper Glance mine. In early 1903 the Copper Boy shaft was a single compartment with a rickety manway and a windlass. The shaft was eventually two compartments and 208ft. deep with a steam hoist. A blacksmith shop, bunkhouse assay office and a boarding house was also on the property. Work was still being completed at the site in 1905. No significant ore was produced from this mine. Less is known about the Big Fortune shaft, but it was reported being worked in December of 1901.
