Operated by the Bisbee- Arizona Development Company, this company had 14 claims near the Modern Mine. Exploration of the site began in 1903 and consisted of a 60ft. shaft with a windlass and two tunnels on the property. At the end of development the workings consisted of five shafts from 30ft. deep to 114ft. deep and two adits one 70ft. long and the other 40ft. No significant ore is thought to ever have been produced.
